Refund & Return Policy :
At Tulsi & Tots, we care deeply about your baby’s wellness, safety, and your trust. Every product is carefully packed and checked before dispatch.
Due to the personal care and ingestible nature of our products, we follow a strict hygiene and safety policy.
Returns
We do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, opened, used, or the seal has been broken.
Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
• You received a damaged product
• You received a wrong product
• You received a product with missing items
• The product was leaked or broken during transit
To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Order number
• Clear photos/videos of the damaged or wrong product
• Photos of the outer packaging
• Unboxing video, if available
Once our team verifies the issue, we will offer a replacement or refund as applicable.
Refunds
Refunds are approved only after inspection and verification of the issue.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. The time taken for the amount to reflect may depend on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds or returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
• Product has been opened or used
• Product seal is broken
• Request is made after 48 hours of delivery
• Product damage caused after delivery
• Customer ordered the wrong product
• Customer changed their mind after delivery
• Minor packaging dents that do not affect product safety or usage
Replacement Policy
If the product received is damaged, leaked, or incorrect, we may provide a free replacement after verification.
Replacement will be shipped to the same address used in the original order.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
If you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error, such as sending the wrong or damaged product.
Important Note
Tulsi & Tots products are Ayurvedic baby wellness products. Results may vary from child to child depending on age, body type, routine, diet, and usage. Refunds will not be issued based on individual result expectations.
